SUP and Psi Chi bring Santa Barbara Response Network (SBRN) to present their workshop on psychological first aid (PFA) to UCSB students! PFA is originally a disaster response intervention with the goal to promote safety, stabilize survivors of disasters, and connect individuals to help and resources. SBRN will be focusing on the impact of COVID-19, and what we can do to our community, including some self-care tips.
